Raspberry Lemon Smoothie Recipe

This Raspberry Lemon Smoothie recipe is a refreshing, summertime smoothie that has a full serving of vegetables, fruit, 30 grams of protein, green tea antioxidants and a lemon twist.

This is all you need:

Ingredients
1 cup of raw spinach or kale
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup raspberry sorbet
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 scoop Scivation Vanilla Whey Protein
1 tsp. Green Tea Matcha
8 oz. of cold water or coconut water
1 lemon wedge

Instructions

1) Add the ingredients from softest to hardest to a blender: yogurt, spinach/kale, sorbet, whey protein, green tea matcha, frozen raspberries.
2) Add 8 oz. of cold water or coconut water and blend until the ingredients are evenly distributed and smooth.
3) Pour into a large glass and squeeze a lemon wedge over the top of the smoothie.
4) Serve.

Green Tea Matcha Green Smoothie Recipe

My last Green Smoothie recipe declared itself as the only Green Smoothie recipe you’ll ever need…but variety is the spice of life so here’s a new one. Although very similar, this Green Smoothie recipe boasts some new greens, green apple, hydrating coconut water and still packs the same high quality nutrition content.

1/2 medium banana
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
1 scoop of strawberry or vanilla Whey protein
1 tsp. Green Tea Matcha
8 oz. cold coconut water

 

Instructions
+ Add the ingredients in the following order (softest to hardest): yogurt, banana, whey protein, kale, apple, and ice.
+ Blend for 30 seconds.Shake to mix up ingredients again.
+ Blend again for 30 seconds or until smooth.
+ Pour

BCAA & Superfoods Recovery Smoothie

The majority of recovering requires supplying your body with the nutrition it needs to repair and rebuild. This smoothie includes a serving of Xtend Perform BCAAs to repair damaged muscle tissue, Green Tea Matcha for an antioxidant boost, Kale & Spinach for a strong dose of minerals and fiber, Greek yogurt for slowly digesting casein, and frozen mixed berries to replenish muscle glycogen, provide your body with a mix of vitamins, and for deliciousness. Here’s my creation:

xtend perform bcaa recovery smoothie superfoods green tea matchaIngredients
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 banana
2 cups of kale/spinach mix
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup of ice
1/2 scoop of Xtend Perform BCAAs
1 tsp. of Green Tea Matcha

Instructions
+ Add ingredients in order in a blender.
+ Pulse for 30 seconds.
+ Blend for 30-60 seconds
+ Serve

Protein: 18 g (not including free BCAAs)
Carbohydrates: 41 g
Fat: 2 g
